The rules for using Trends.

Who can play
Players must be 18 or older and in the United States. Players in Washington can play but cannot buy Gems or convert them to Coins.
Play money
- Coins and Gems have no cash value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be sent between players.
- Gems are sold through Apple in-app purchase at the price shown in the App Store, and never expire.
- Nothing is random: no loot boxes, spins or chance-based purchases.
- No subscriptions or auto-renewing items.
Fair play
One account per person. No voting on trends you have predicted on, no predicting on trends you have voted on, and no bots.
Disputes, as currently drafted
Disputes go to arbitration with a class-action waiver. You can opt out within 30 days of creating your account by emailing contact@trendup.page. The terms are governed by South Carolina law. This part has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will change.
