Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded purchase removes the Gems or the item it bought.
Spending limit
The default limit is $250 a month. You can lower it at once, and raising it takes 24 hours.

Email support and data requests to contact@trendup.page. Data requests are answered within 30 days.
