How Trends handles your information.

What Trends collects
- Sign-in name and email (Sign in with Apple or an email code)
- Birthday and US state
- Game activity: predictions, votes, balances, cosmetics and leaderboard results
- Content you post: trend images, titles, comments, profile photo and messages
- Friends, blocks and reports
- Purchase records: Apple transaction ID, pack, price, date and refunds
- Rough location: your US state, worked out from your IP address at purchase time
- App version, device model, crash reports and a push notification token
Who receives it
- Apple, for sign-in, payments, refunds and push notifications
- Supabase, for the database and image storage
- Google Cloud Vision, which scans uploaded images
- A crash-reporting provider (not chosen yet)
Trends uses no ad networks and no cross-app tracking, and does not sell data. No analytics or advertising SDKs are planned.
Your account and data
- Delete account in Settings removes your profile, private details, messages, comments, photos and uploads within 30 days. Past trades stay in market history without your name.
- Purchase records are kept for 7 years.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your data at contact@trendup.page. Data requests are answered within 30 days.

Trends is for players 18 and older in the United States.
